Shipping & Delivery

We will do our best to deliver the goods to you by that date to the address that you specify for delivery. If you do not supply an address, we will deliver the goods to the credit card address you provide us with. Please take care when entering your details as we cannot accept liability for non delivery of items as a result of incorrect information entered by yourself.In the event that you are not available to receive the goods at the point when they were delivered, you will be responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods if they are held at the post office or delivery company's depot.

We will try to meet any date stated for delivery, but the dates are not guaranteed. Occasionally it may become necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can that this has happened and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to you.

If your goods have not reached you within 14 working days from the date they left us you will need to call our Custom Services to report your order as missing in transit. We allow a maximum of 28 days for you to let us know your goods haven’t arrived, if you haven’t contacted us by this time we will accept this as your acknowledgement for receipt of the goods.

Queens Of The SinBin cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is allowed, so please take note of your own import restrictions before placing an order.

 

Privacy & Security

We take the protection for your Personal Information (such as name; address; phone number; date of birth; e-mail address; credit card number; gender; language preference; and merchandise category preferences) very seriously.

We collect Personal Information that you provide to us voluntarily and process it for the following purposes ("Purposes"):

    To complete transactions with you and manage your membership of our customer loyalty scheme where applicable;
    To direct market to you, with your permission;
    To understand and analyze our sales, and your needs and preferences;
    To develop, enhance, market and provide products and services to meet your needs;
    To enable you to participate in promotions and contests;

Returns & Replacements

How do I return a product?

Go to http://queensofthesinbin.com/ and go to the returns section and complete the returns form. Print off a copy of the returns form and include it when returning the product to us.

To make a return, package your item(s) securely in a box, bag or carton that protects the merchandise, or wrap it well within its original container. Be certain to tape and seal the carton or bag.

Please send your return item back to us via Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery or another courier method. We advise all customers to return products via a recordable or tracked means as we can not accept responsibility for items lost in return transit. Queens of the Sin Bin can not cover the cost of custom charges, so if you are returning packages form outside the UK, please ensure the package is clearly marked “Returned Goods”.

When your order has been received back to our distribution center with the merchandise in a resalable condition, you will be refunded for the purchase price of your product. Your original shipping charges will only be refunded if the item was damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly. Your original form of payment for your purchase will be credited.

Your return needs to be received by us within 28 days of receipt of your order. Items need to be unworn and unwashed.


Custom Garments.

Queens of the Sin Bin cannot offer returns or exchanges on custom garments unless they are damaged or an error has occurred on our end. If items are damaged or are incorrect, they need to be returned  to us within 28 days, and they need to be unworn and unwashed.
Please check our size charts and be 100% sure of the size you are ordering. If you are unsure please ask.
Please ensure you check final art work, as once the final art work has been agreed, and the order has been processed changes can not be made.


For team orders on game and scrim wear, please ensure all names and numbers are checked and are accurate. The names and numbers will be printed in the exact format
they where presented to us, so please take extra care, and provide any notes which may be relevant to the order.

Please be aware that we conform to the WFTDA uniform rules change dated December 2015. Please inform us BEFORE production of your artwork if you do not with to use these rules.


How do I exchange a product?

To make an exchange, follow the steps to complete a return, but select the "exchange" option from the drop down button on the returns form. Please specify what item(s) you want to exchange and the reason. You will then need to re order the product(s) on our website.

How do I report a damaged product?

Queens Of The SinBin uses several couriers to ship product(s) to our customers. Upon receipt of your merchandise, you should inspect the packaging. If it appears damaged, simply refuse shipment and the courier will return the merchandise back to us at no cost to you. To ensure proper handling of damaged goods, please contact customer service to notify them that your shipment was damaged.

How do I report a defective product?

Queens Of The SinBin stands behind its merchandise. If you determine the product you have purchased is defective, please contact customer service by selecting the appropriate means from the list at the bottom of this page, to discuss terms of replacing your defective merchandise.

 

Our Returns and Exchange Policy


This Returns and Exchange Policy applies to all items bought online. Nothing in this Returns and Exchange Policy shall affect your statutory rights.

1. Returning an item if you are not satisfied with your purchase
Your complete satisfaction is important to Queens Of The SinBin! If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you may return them within 28 calendar days after delivery, without giving a reason, as long as:

 

  • The products are not used in any way;
  • The products are in their original packaging (is possible), in a resalable and undamaged condition and complete: e.g. jacket and pants must be included.
  • If possible do not remove tags or labels when you try on our products.
  • If you ordered multiple items, you can return any of the items individually or in combination.


Queens Of The SinBin reserves the right to refuse items that are returned after the 28 days period or that are not in the same condition you received them in.

2. Returning Defective or non conforming items
You can return or exchange products purchased online if they are defective, faulty, described incorrectly, not of satisfactory quality or not in conformity with your order within a 6 month period.

Regrettably, mistakes in an order can occur. In case of incomplete or faulty orders, the returned items must be in their original packaging, and in unused and resalable condition.

Upon returning an item, please indicate the reason for your return and description of the defect. Justified defective or faulty items will be fully reimbursed, including the shipment charges.

We want to point out that Queens Of The SinBin will not exchange or refund if the items show signs of damage not the result of a manufacturing fault. This applies to accidental, malicious and other wearer related damage. Examples of accidental, malicious and wearer related damage include, but are not limited to:

  • Signs of misuse, excessive wear or inappropriate care.
  • Products (ie Training Tops) washed by machine and dried by excessive heat.
  • Cut marks on stitching, seams or uppers.
  • Signs of extreme damage.
  • Fabric that has been stained.
  • Material decomposition due to prolonged dampness/wetting.

 

3. Exchanges
Queens Of The SinBin would be pleased to exchange an item if you so wish. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Your replacement products will ship out immediately upon order (when available) and you will be requested to pay the purchase price and shipment charges for the new products upon completion of your order. The reimbursement of the initial purchase price will be processed upon due receipt and handling of the returned items.

The item(s) you wish to exchange should be returned to us within 28 calendar days upon receipt of the merchandise. If we do not receive your return items(s) within that period, we are unable to process the exchange.

Canceling orders/statutory withdrawal right

4.1 Cancellation before shipment
You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving any reason, provided that it has not yet been shipped. If you have submitted an order and wish to cancel, please check the status of your order by viewing your order detail on the website, or by contacting customer service. If the status of your order is "Processing" or "On Hold", we may still be able to cancel your order without cost. Please contact our Customer Service Line by selecting the appropriate number from the list at the bottom of this page, to check whether such cancellation is still possible.

If cancellation was not possible, the products will be delivered to you, but you can refuse them upon delivery. The products will then be returned to us, and we will refund the purchase price of the order.

4.2 Statutory cancellation/withdrawal right
Queens Of The SinBin respects the European Distance Selling Regulations, which grant customers in the EU the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 7 working days after the day the item has been delivered. Working days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

You can cancel all or part of the order. To cancel your purchase within the seven working days period, you need to send a written cancellation notice either via email or via letter to the address above. Please refer to the list at the bottom of this page where you can select the appropriate e-mail address.

You must clearly specify which item(s) you wish to cancel. You must clearly specify which order you wish to cancel.

The cancelled items should be unused, undamaged, and complete. They should also be in their original packing if possible . They should be returned to Queens Of The SinBin within 10 days following the cancellation request. Queens Of The SinBin will arrange for the order to be picked up at the original shipping address by courier. Customers will need to ensure the items are ready for collection on a day designated by us and customers will need to have someone at the address from 9am-5pm for collection. We will refund the purchase price for the cancelled item(s), as well as the initial shipment charge. However, you will be charged with the cost of the return shipment. Since the cost for the return shipment is greater than the cost for shipping you the goods, we will not refund the shipping charge you originally paid and deduct the remaining amount from the purchase amount. (Queens Of The SinBin will provide written evidence of the return shipment costs on written request from the customer) Alternatively customers can return the goods to us at their own expense via Special/Recorded delivery or a courier method. In this instance we will refund the whole purchase amount including the cost of the goods and initial shipment charge within 30 days of the cancellation request.

 

 

Ordering

We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. If something is not in stock, we will either let you know at the time of ordering or as soon after the order has been placed as possible. The contract for the sale of the goods will be formed when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you at the address you provide us with. Acceptance will be complete at the time that we send this email to you. It's worth remembering that any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in the confirmation email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the garments on the site, including prices, colours and sizes. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and we advise that you read through them each time that you use the site.

To securely receive payments over the internet, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal information and payment details. We take security seriously and have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Although we do our best to keep your personal information secure, we cannot however guarantee the security of your information transferred to our site. This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We welcome orders from most overseas and all BFPO addresses.  Local import duties may be payable on receipt.  Please note however that this site and its contents do not form an agreement between Queens Of The SinBin and a customer in a jurisdiction in which the products offered for sale would go against any local, regional or national laws. If you know that it would be illegal for us to sell our products in your country, please do not order items from our site.

Custom Garments Lead Times:

Custom garments such as Ref shirts or Training tops have an expected lead time of between 5 to 6 weeks but at times such as Christmas deliveries can take a little while longer. If a garment is intended as a gift please state in the order notes and do not order any later than early November.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotion

Prices are as set out on the website. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

 

Currency Conversion

Queens Of The SinBin in based in the United Kingdom and as such accepts all payments in UK Pound Sterling (£). The currency tabs on the website for US Dollar ($) and Euro (€) prices are only a guide and based on a manual exchange rate set by Queens Of The SinBin. The total price paid by the customer will be based on the UK Pound Sterling price on the product. Customers maybe charge a slightly higher or lower final price based on the exchange rate provided by Paypal or their Credit Card provider. While Queens Of The SinBin aim to keep our website exchange rate up to date as much as possible we accept no responsibility for in accurate exchange rates. We recommend all customers check with their card provider for the correct exchange rate to UK Pound Sterling (£) prior to purchasing. All import tax & duties will be the responsibility of the customer and will be payable in the local currency.
